Microscopy: We have an upright and inverted microscope in our lab that are heavily used to observe microfluidic phenomena, including the motion of droplets, particles, and interfaces. We have a several low-light cameras – coupled with high magnification objectives we can observe the motion of nanoparticles and one camera has the ability to track single fluorescent molecules! The table below are the specifications of the best cameras in our laboratory.
