Unique opportunity for engineering, science and technology students to participate in the experience of a lifetime – International Service Learning in the Philippines.

Gain experiential learning in culture, teaching, team building, diversity and leadership – experience another culture through direct teaching to local students in Cebu, Philippines village schools. See this unique and interesting part of the world with the student group traveling to this wonderful place.

In this course, student teams design hands-on learning projects related to engineering and science such as energy generation systems, logistics, structures, electric circuits, materials, robotics and chemical experiments to illustrate science and engineering in fun and challenging ways. In the travel portion of the course you will teach a class of students as part of a multi-disciplinary teaching team.

This course can count for undergrad or graduate credit toward degree with your department approval either as an elective course or substitute for another required course or can simply be an extra course.
