PROJECT DESCRIPTION
A solar powered chicken coop door that opens and closes based on the time of day.
BENEFITS TO PROJECT CLIENT
More free time by not having to open and close the doors manually. Safer for chickens.
PROJECT GOAL
Use existing components to create a complete design.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
A smart pressure sensor will be developed to replace the traditional pressure switch/controller found on most well water systems. A pressure sensor will continuously monitor the pressure in the system and relay that information back to a microcontroller. The microcontroller will then operate a relay to turn the pump on or off to maintain the pressure of the system, depending on the desired threshold. The microcontroller will also continuously relay the pump status and pressure readings over a wireless internet connection to a cloud service, capable of passing this information onto a web/mobile app accessible to the user for constant monitoring and control of the system. The system will also accommodate manual controls should the user decide not to or be incapable of utilizing the web/mobile application.
BENEFITS TO PROJECT CLIENT
Some benefits include: the users of the well system to constantly monitor the overall health of the system, allowing for real-time diagnosis and preventing system failure.
PROJECT GOAL
The purpose of this system is to provide modern functionality to an existing water well system by providing real-time metrics and control via a web/mobile app. This would allow the users of the well system to constantly monitor the overall health of the system, allowing for real-time diagnosis and preventing system failure.
