James Gerstle

Asst Professor

Jim Gerstle, PhD, is a Professor of Practice in Chemical Engineering at the University of Louisville. He joined the university in 2014 after a 30 year career in the oil industry with Exxon, Amoco and BP as an engineer and manager. During his career, Jim has worked in operations across North America, Europe, Australia and southern Africa.
