Alumnus Brian Cahoe Wins Professional Award for Industrial Engineering
Brian began his post Speed School career at UPS, where he also completed his engineering co-ops, in a variety of Industrial Engineering related roles.
Brian moved to Yum! In 1999 and has held numerous roles of increasing responsibility in Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Development.
He is currently Chief Development Officer and a member of the leadership team for the US Division of Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC), owned by parent company Yum! Brands, Inc. With 4,200 restaurants across all 50 states, KFC is the largest chicken quick service restaurant (QSR) chain by unit count in the United States. Brian leads the teams responsible for architecture, design, construction, facilities management, market planning, and franchise development & recruiting.
He is a Trustee on the Board for the Olmsted Parks Conservancy and involved in the Park Planning Committee, focused on project planning, design, construction, and maintenance within the parks and parkways. Avid Cardinal fans, Brian and his wife, Christine, live in Louisville with their two sons, Trevor and Dylan.
