Dr. John Naber and Brendan Stivers visited Dream Center Academy to interact with students from grade school through middle school. The Dream Center Academy was founded by Tod Moore to meet the physical needs of families and children in Louisville’s Chickasaw neighborhood. Dr. Naber and Brendan worked with the students to create a circuit using slime! This visit also provided an excellent opportunity to share the wonders of electrical engineering with students and answer their questions. The students prepared a song and dance to show their appreciation for the visit. In addition, four KiwiCrates were donated by UofL Speed School of Engineering for the students to continue to encourage and engage their interest in engineering.
